("Subspace Revolution," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and safeguards personal information when you use the VibeChef mobile application and any related websites, services, or communications (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy also includes region‑specific disclosures for California (CCPA/CPRA), the European Economic Area/United Kingdom (GDPR), and California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA).

Payments and subscriptions are processed through the app stores (Apple/Google) or their respective providers. We receive only the minimum purchase metadata necessary to manage your access. We do not store full card or bank details.

These services may use pseudonymous identifiers or cookies to deliver more relevant messages on third‑party sites or apps. You can opt out (see “Your Privacy Choices”). We do not run third‑party ads inside the VibeChef app.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy (e.g., while your account is active), to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or de‑identify information in accordance with our retention practices.
